    Job: Administrator/Receptionist

    Our prestigious client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing Commercial Team on a full time, temporary basis until approximately mid July.

    The role will predominately be dealing with the below tasks, however the successful candidate will also be required to assist with other day to day duties.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Reception duties and greeting all visitors
    • Administrative office support across various departments
    • Dealing with admin/emails/telephone
    • Operating ticket system
    • Operating Shop EPOS system ensuring it is fully functional and up to date
    • Handling payment transactions

    Skills & Ability

    • Sound administrative skillset including experience with Microsoft packages and adaptable to using various IT Software programmes
    • Flexible to cover a wide range of working hours such as evenings and weekends
    • A “can-do” attitude

    Working Hours

    37.5 hours per week
