Description

Our respected Client is looking for an HR Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing specialist professional and effective HR advice and coaching support to managers and staff.

This role will include but not be limited to;

Providing HR advice to senior management
Offering guidance to managers in areas such as disciplinary, grievance and attendance.
Analyse and recommend solutions to queries relating to recruitment, equal opportunities and diversity issues.
Coaching and assisting Managers to support effective management of staff in line with company policies and procedures.
Create, organise, and deliver learning and development programmes, in order to support managers and staff in the operation of HR Practices.
Plan and organise own workload, working to tight deadlines therefore it is essential that work is prioritised effectively.

Skills & Ability

Educated to degree-level or equivalent experience
Chartered Membership CIPD or Associate Level
Comprehensive understanding of complex concepts, legislation, case law, HR practices and policies.
Minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience.
