Global Highland are currently recruiting an experienced Commis Chef.
This is an ideal position for someone who has around 6-12 months experience of working within a commercial kitchen.
You will be working with an executive chef who has a wide spread of international experience, holding high profile teaching roles throughout his career.
Whilst in this role you will be cooking with outstanding local and Scottish produce to prepare seasonal dishes. You will be given the opportunity to express new ideas so someone who has a passion for a career in catering would be ideal.
Based on the outskirts of Inverness a car is desirable however should you require live in this can be an option also.
