CIPD Qualified or working towards this qualification is an
advantage. The HR Business Partner takes a leading role in providing the Company of a
nominated Division, with strong employment law knowledge, HR best practice and
experience, along with a commercial/operational awareness.
This is provided via telephone advice, training, coaching and on-site support as required in the application of HR policies, procedures and processes, driving capability improvement.
Applicants qualified by experience with operational and commercial focus and emphasis on making commercial decisions on case management and minimising risk where possible will also be considered.
