Jia first joined Global Highland in 2010 as Recruitment Team Lead and is now the Leader of the organisation following promotion to Managing Director 2018.  A highly experienced and reputable professional in the Recruitment Industry, Jia has experience in various sectors, inclusive of Construction/Building, Civil Engineering, Industrial, Technical, Commercial, Engineering and International O&G.  Jia is now focussed on developing people as well as the business and is driven to succeed in all areas she is involved in.  Like all of Global Highland’s employees, Jia is keen to develop and progress further in her own career and is constantly striving to achieve more and do better in everything she does.
