Description

Global Highland are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Assistant to join our clients busy finance team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. As Accounts Assistant you will provide support to the finance team including raising, sending and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts and chasing late payments along with basic administration tasks.

Main Duties

• Processing invoices
• Processing expense requests
• Credit Control
• Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
• Bank reconciliations
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
• Other administrative tasks as required

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working within an accounts or credit control team
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirable Criteria

• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
