    Job: Administrator

    Global Highland are working with an esteemed Client who require an Administrator to join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis, based in Inverness. The Administrator will ensure the smooth running of the general office by providing complete administrative and secretarial support.

    Main Duties

    • Answering switchboard calls and greeting clients face to face at Reception
    • Dealing with queries either by telephone or at the front desk
    • Audio typing of surveying reports and typing of general correspondence
    • Recording initial instructions for property surveys
    • Typing of sales invoices
    • Franking outgoing mail
    • Taking credit card payments
    • Other duties as required such as preparation of refreshments for clients

    The Person

    • Experience in Customer Care
    • The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
    • Organised and self-motivated
    • Able to work to deadlines but adaptable to change to meet circumstances
    • Experience of Audio Typing would be beneficial
