We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant General Restaurant Manager to join our client's global fast food chain based in Peterhead. As an Assistant General Restaurant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in operating the restaurant, focusing on enhancing performance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Restaurant Performance: Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional performance.
    • Coach and Develop Your Team: Train, mentor, and engage your team to help them grow and excel in their roles.
    • Deliver on KPIs: Support the General Manager in ensuring that the restaurant meets high standards through the consistent achievement of key performance indicators.
    • Administrative Excellence: Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a well-oiled and functional restaurant.
    • Run the Shop Floor: Create memorable customer experiences by maintaining high standards on the shop floor.
