The aim of the role of Bartender is to work hard and love what you do. To be multi-tasking and passionate about preparing the drinks and sahring knowledge of local drinks. Maintain the cleanliness of the bar equipment and areas. Demonstrate an exceptional work ethic with great attention to detail, positive attitude and desire to constantly learn. Support the management staff to deliver a 5 start service.
