    Job Description: As a Part-Time Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for various finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This position offers flexible hours, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking work-life balance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
    • Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records.
    • Monitor and manage petty cash.
    • Support the Finance team in financial reporting and analysis.
    • Assist with budget tracking and forecasting.
    • Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in a finance or accounting role.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Basic understanding of financial principles and terminology.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Flexibility to work Monday - Wednesday each week.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in finance and administration.
