    Global Highland is currently seeking a dedicated HR Adviser to join our client’s team, based in Inverness. As a HR Adviser you will play a vital role in supporting the workforce and promoting a positive work culture.
    Role Overview:
    As a HR Adviser, you will provide a generalist service to both employees and management on a range of HR matters. You will work closely with the HR team and will actively contribute to all aspects of the HR function.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Own the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding procedures.
    • Advise and guide managers with regards to employee relations matters such as grievance and disciplinary.
    • Support the review and implementation of benefit programmes.
    • Advise on and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
    • Participate in HR projects to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
    • Provide HR data and reports as required.
    Requirements:
    • Experience in a similar role is essential.
    • Experience in Recruitment and the processes involved.
    • Knowledge of employment law regarding grievance and disciplinary matters and able to advise and guide on these subjects.
    • Experience coordinating employee benefits.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and management.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of HR computer systems and demonstrate willingness to become a system champion.
    Salary and Benefits:
    This is a full-time, onsite position based in Inverness, offering a competitive salary depending on experience.
