Job Title: Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative tasks, including invoicing and purchase orders (POs).
• Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
• Assist with project management and budget monitoring.
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and meetings.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Promote the company's environmental values and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven administrative experience
• Invoicing experience
• SAP and PO management knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for environmental conservation.
