About the Company: Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing Industrial company seeking a Credit Control and Sales Ledger Supervisor to join their finance team. They are a well established company delivering excellent products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the credit control and sales ledger team
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection
• Maintain accurate sales ledger records and resolve payment discrepancies
• Assess creditworthiness and establish credit limits for customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer queries and disputes
• Prepare reports on credit control performance and cash flow projections
• Enforce credit control policies and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Qualification in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger management (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of credit control principles and regulations
• Proficient in using various softwares, i.e, MS Office, Excel
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
