    Are you looking for a new challenge?

    Do you have strong administration and excellent customer service skills?

    Our prestigious client is looking for a Hire Desk Administrator to join their busy team, initially for 3 months with the intention of going permanent. This is a full-time position, working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5.15pm.

    Main Duties;

    • Administrative duties regarding repairs and breakdowns
    • Raising purchase orders and invoices
    • Arranging travel and accommodation for drivers
    • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, so a polite telephone manner is essential
    • To ensure all on and off hire orders are accurately input and processed correctly
    • Organising site visits
    • Providing quotations and processing orders
    • Helping with the day to day running of the Hire Desk
    • Carrying out any other duties as and when required
