Our esteemed client is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As HR Coordinator you will deliver an effective HR administration service to help meet business requirements.

This role will include but not be limited to;

• Administrative duties relating to employee lifecycle including offers and contracts, changes to terms, probationary reviews, employee relations etc
• Supporting the business and wider team with administration and coordination of enquiries regarding polices and employee relations issues.
• Offering support to the business management team by contributing to ongoing HR Projects
• Maintaining accurate records within systems, adhering to the needs for data protection and confidentiality
• Create and drive social activity across the business

The ideal candidate;

• Previous experience gained from a customer focused role
• Customer focused with a pro active approach to resolving problems
• Confident working under own initiative and the ability to make decisions
• Excellent use of IT and Microsoft packages
• Experience in influencing stakeholders
