    Are you looking for a new opportunity in HR? Do you have at least three years generalist HR experience? If so, Global Highland have an exciting opportunity for you.

    Our respected client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, based in Inverness.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Manage and assist the HR Team through continuous professional development.
    • Manage complex employee relations case work, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
    • Apply HR and business knowledge by evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
    • Inform managers on the terms and conditions of employment and share best practice with them.
    • Update and advise Senior Management Team on HR related information in weekly meetings.
    • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
    • Maintain learning and development policy.
    • Maintain relationships between HR and all other business departments.
    • Continuously review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.

    The Person;

    • Qualified to CIPD Certificate or Diploma level or Degree in HR.
    • Proven HR generalist experience of a minimum of three years.
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
    • Proactive team player with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Experienced in developing and supporting businesses through HR and Employment law matters.
