About the Role:

Are you passionate about working outdoors and contributing to the agricultural industry? We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our clients team for a short-term placement as Outdoor Agricultural Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for working on a plough to pull weeds from crops, ensuring optimal growing conditions and supporting our farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove weeds from crops efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and handle agricultural equipment with care.
• Follow safety protocols and work under the guidance of farm supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an outdoor role would be prefered
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
