Currently working in partnership with one of our prestigious clients Global Highland are looking for a Service Delivery Support individual to work on a part time basis of 26 hours per week. This position is working as part of an existing team providing administration support to the wider organisation. Regular support and clear guidance for the position will be given as there is a broad range of general activities within the office environment. With this in mind this is an exciting and varied role so the ideal candidate must be organised and be able to prioritise and manage their own work load in order to meet deadlines. Other duties include but not limited to engaging with customers and dealing with their enquiries in a polite and courteous manage, arranging meetings and follow up with relevant documentation, proof reading documents and liaising with manager for any issues which may arise to resolve in an effective and timely manner.
The successful candidate will have worked in a customer facing position and have general administration experience along with being proficient with word and excel. You must be willing to obtain a disclosure for this position.
