    Global Highland are working with a respected local charity who are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis for 12 months Maternity cover.

    The role

    • Keeping tabs on referrals of service users to counsellors and distributing them when the student counsellors have availability
    • Creating excel spreadsheets as needed
    • Writing occasional posts for the Facebook page
    • Maintaining and updating company website
    • Counting money donations and preparing deposit
    • Preparing Word documents (for example, the auction paperwork for fundraisers)
    • Occasional Donation Recording
    • Keeping signposting documents updated
    • IMI Chat template modifications as needed
    • Keeping the organisational chart updated
    • Preparing ID badges
    • Creating Volunteers Newsletter every 2 months
    • Changing toner in photocopier
    • Other tasks as appropriate to the role

    The person

    • Flexible
    • Great communication skills
    • IT literate, including experience of canva, spreadsheets, office 365 functions
    • The role will involve a lot of work on Canva so previous experience using canva or a similar system would be advantageous
