Global Highland have been engaged by their client to source experienced Site Manager / Supervisors for ongoing housing projects based in the Highlands.
Due to recent project wins and internal promotions our client is seeking experienced Site Managers to take responsibility for day to day site management and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. You will develop and maintain site records and drive projects in line with budget and quality guidelines.
Candidates will have significant technical knowledge within Planned maintenance in the social housing sector, Including External envelope works, Cladding, FRA works and internals, With a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), CSCS (Black Card), First Aid and sound knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials, you’ll have excellent time management, good IT skills and be proactive and flexible with great influencing skills.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary in the range of £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience, a company car or car allowance
Due to the remote location of the project, accommodation will be provided.
