Global Highland is looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our well established and evolving client, a leading environmental company dedicated to creating a sustainable future based in Invergordon.

Job Description:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our environmental projects. You will work closely with our team to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at promoting environmental sustainability. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to positive environmental change while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project logistics, ensuring that equipment, personnel, and resources are available and deployed efficiently.
• Support project planning and scheduling, collaborating with various teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist in project reporting and documentation to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support, such as managing project documentation, invoicing, and procurement.
• Proactively identify potential issues and suggest solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Uphold safety and environmental standards to ensure a responsible and sustainable working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination, office management or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
