    Description

    Our esteemed Client is looking for an organised individual with strong administrative skills to join their team as a People and Organisational Development Support. This is a temporary role initially, with the potential to be extended until the end of March 2023 for the right person.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Receive and respond to enquiries from/to customers
    • Prepare documentation following standard formal/templates or running and reading reports
    • Make routine arrangements and bookings, such as meetings and hospitality
    • Administration of Pension and Payroll tasks, including salary sacrifice schemes, ensuring accuracy of changes affecting employee salaries
    • Administration of Recruitment, providing support to Managers where necessary and supporting candidates throughout
    • Administration of Learning and Development related queries and processes
    • Providing support to ensure that employee transfers, secondments, leave and short-term assignments are effectively administered
    • Work in partnership with managers at all levels to support them in fulfilling their people management responsibilities
    • Responsible for the day to day operation of systems and equipment necessary for the successful completion of all assigned tasks

    Skills & Ability

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
    • Effective planning, organising and prioritising
    • Demonstrate customer service and team working skills
    • Sound knowledge of relevant systems and standard software packages
    • Some HR knowledge/experience would be beneficial

    Essential Requirements

    • The successful candidate must hold a Disclosure Scotland certificate or be willing to obtain one
