    Description

    Our client is currently seeking an experienced individual with strong administration skills to join their team. As Business Services Scheduler you will be responsible for administering the daily work flow scheduling of repairs and servicing. This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, based in Mosstodloch.

    The role

    • To be responsible for the administration of repairs and maintenance appointment and electronic workflow scheduling system to ensure that all repairs and cyclic servicing is scheduled in line with agreed policy and procedure
    • Ensure all follow up repairs are scheduled and completed with agreed timescales
    • To respond to and resolve enquiries from customers and update records to reflect outcomes
    • Administer out of hours emergency calls including collating paperwork, data entry, arranging follow-ups and inspections ensuring compliance
    • Undertake all scheduling, technical and administration duties as directed by the senior repairs scheduler

    The person

    • Must have considerable administration/technical experience in a busy office environment
    • Previous customer contact experience
    • Ability to organise workload and work methodically
    • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
    • Must have 4 standard grades or equivalent including English and Maths
    • Knowledge and understanding of workflow scheduling software would be advantageous
