    Job: Administrator

    Our respected Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 2 months.

    Key Duties

    • To provide general administrative support across the company
    • Arranging accommodation, couriers and other goods and booking car hires for staff
    • Act as the point of contact for the Inverness office, dealing with the post and deliveries, answering the telephone and greeting visitors
    • Provide secretarial support such as setting up recording and minuting meetings as required
    • Controlling and updating SHEQ documents and check SHEQ compliance of both tenders and projects
    • Provide HR Support such as inductions for new staff, liaising with HR Team as required
    • Producing letters and reports from drafts provided by consultants, ensuring they are correctly formatted before being submitted to agreed deadlines
    • To undertake other administrative tasks set by the Managing Director or Office Manager
