    Global Highland are working with a respected client who are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their busy team on a full time basis for approx. 12 months, based in Inverness.

    Main duties will include but not be limited to:

    • Answering main telephone reception, dealing with enquiries and taking messages
    • Assisting the Office Manager as required
    • Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
    • Keep spreadsheets up to date and input data
    • General administration day to day activities
    • Create invoices using vixen accounting system and issue to customers
    • Assisting with scheduling works for engineer’ diaries
