Job Title: Banding Operative (Day and Night Shift Rota)
Location: Inverness
Salary: £13.57 per hour increasing to £14.11 after 12 weeks
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

Role Overview:
As a Banding Operative, you will be responsible for operating banding machines, ensuring materials are correctly processed and packaged. You will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate banding machines and other related equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled
• Monitor and maintain the equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Perform quality control checks to meet company standards
• Follow all health and safety protocols in the workplace
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
• Support with general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized working environment

Shift Details:

• This position requires flexibility, as you will be working a combination of day and night shifts based on a rotating schedule.
• Shift patterns will be shared in advance to allow for proper planning.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as per the rota
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• A positive, can-do attitude
