Position: Marketing Specialist

Location: Inverness

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth in the industrial sector.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industrial sector, market dynamics, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Coordinate trade show participation, including planning, logistics, and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
