Factoring Officer

Position: Factoring Officer Location: Inverness or Invergordon (Flexible) Duration: 8-12 weeks

Global Highland is looking for a Factoring Officer in either Inverness or Invergordon to join our client, whois a reputable property management company dedicated to providing high-quality factoring services on a temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all factoring responsibilities are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information on factoring services and property-related matters.
• Conduct property inspections to assess and maintain the condition of properties, identifying any issues and recommending necessary actions.
• Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management and factoring is essential for this role.
• Knowledge of factoring practices, property maintenance, and relevant legislation.
• Experience in conducting property inspections would be highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary and Benefits:

• The pay rate for this temporary position is £15.20 per hour.
