Description

Our clients within the civils industry are seeking motivated and reliable Labourers to join their team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, we value teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various manual tasks on the site, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring they are safe and organised.
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
• Assist tradespeople, such as carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians, as required.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience as a Labourer in a construction or related field is preferred.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Driving License required due to site location.
