    Global Highland's client, a leading environmental company committed to making a positive impact on our planet, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.     Position: Office Manager

    Location: Inverness or Stirling (Hybrid Working Model)

    Salary: £28,000 per annum

    Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and a positive working environment.
    • Oversee administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support the team's needs.
    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
    • Support budgeting and financial processes, working closely with the finance team.
    • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and document management processes.
    • Coordinate office events and employee engagement activities.
    • Handle facilities management, including liaising with vendors and addressing maintenance needs.
    • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to relevant regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
