Position: Housing Projects Assistant Location: Elgin, Scotland (with flexibility for remote work after training) Contract: Temporary (16 weeks) Hours: 36.25 hours per week

About the Role: As a Housing Projects Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our clients housing projects team. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining databases and systems across various platforms, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date. The successful candidate will be adept at handling data, comfortable with utilizing various systems, and able to collaborate with the team to achieve our housing project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating and managing data on various housing project databases and systems.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity to support project planning and decision-making processes.
• Collaborating with the housing projects team to deliver timely and successful outcomes.
• Assisting in the preparation of project reports and documentation as required.
• Identifying and resolving data-related issues to maintain a seamless flow of information.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks related to housing projects.

Requirements:
