Role and Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively identifying and targeting potential clients within your designated territory.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings and product presentations to showcase the benefits of the products.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives to contribute to company revenue growth.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in field sales or a related role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
• Uncapped commission structure, offering the potential to earn an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on performance.
