Following a hugely successful year and during a period of continued growth. Global Highland are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their team. Your role will be a key player within the recruitment team, sourcing and placing candidates in to both permanent and temporary positions with a range of Clients within the Construction, Industrial and Commercial Industries across Scotland.

You will work full time hours set between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

As a Business Support Administrator your role will involve:

• Writing and posting adverts to attract candidates
• Maintaining the in-house database
• Identifying, qualifying and pre screening interviews via telephone for suitable candidates
• Providing excellent service to Candidates
• Completing administrative and support duties to meet the demands of the business

Key requirements for this position include:

• A strong background within administration and customer service is desirable however candidates with transferable skills and operational experience from within the food processing industry will also be considered

• An excellent telephone manner
• Being computer literate
• Being able to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Being organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
