Following a hugely successful year and during a period of continued growth. Global Highland are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. You will be a key player in the further development of the business and will receive excellent career progression opportunities, bonuses, Onsite Gym, team nights out, day off for your birthday plus 31 days holiday.

Your role will be a key player within the recruitment team, sourcing and placing candidates in to both permanent and temporary positions with a range of Clients within the Construction, Industrial and Commercial Industries across Scotland.

You will work full time hours set between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

As a Recruitment Resourcer your role will involve:

• Writing and posting adverts to attract candidates
• Maintaining the in-house database
• Identifying, qualifying and interviewing suitable candidates for specific roles
• Providing excellent service to Candidates
• Completing administrative and support duties to meet the demands of the business

Key requirements for this position include:

• A strong background within administration and customer service is desirable however candidates with transferable skills and operational experience from within the food processing industry will also be considered

• An excellent telephone manner
• Being computer literate
• Being able to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Being organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
