Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team on the Waste Picking Line in Banff. This role offers a great opportunity to secure a permanent position, with initial work starting on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be reliable, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Waste Sorting: Manually pick and sort materials from a waste conveyor belt, ensuring recyclable items are separated correctly.
• Health & Safety: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and schedules as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to carry out physically demanding work, including standing for long periods and lifting.
• Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well within a team.
• Flexibility: Able to adapt to flexible working hours as required.
