Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional housekeeping services to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
• Assist with front-of-house operations, breakfast/dinner service, warmly welcoming guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of our estate by supporting various departments as needed.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each guest's experience is unforgettable.

• Proven experience in both housekeeping and front-of-house roles within the hospitality sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
