Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Inverness, Scotland Company
Global Highland is looking for a Purchase Ledger to join our client, a leading supplier company based in Inverness, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing the financial transactions and records related to our supplier accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Invoice Processing: Accurately process and record supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all accounts are up to date.
Payment Processing: Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring they are made in a timely and accurate manner.
Supplier Communication: Collaborate with suppliers to address queries, discrepancies, and payment-related matters in a professional and efficient manner.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the purchase ledger and assist with data entry as necessary.
Month-End Procedures: Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities, including ledger analysis and accruals.
