Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Restaurant Performance: Take charge of all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional performance.
• Coach and Develop Your Team: Train, mentor, and engage your team to help them grow and excel in their roles.
• Deliver on KPIs: Ensure that your restaurant meets our high standards through the consistent achievement of key performance indicators.
• Administrative Excellence: Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a well-oiled and functional restaurant.
• Run the Shop Floor: Create memorable customer experiences by maintaining high standards on the shop floor.
