    Job Title: Site Administrator
    Location: Ardersier, Scotland
    Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term (with the possibility of extension to 1 year)
    About Us:
    Our client is a well-established and reputable construction company currently based in the heart of Ardersier. They specialize in delivering high-quality construction projects and have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and excellence. They are currently seeking a motivated and organized Site Administrator to join the team on a fixed-term contract, with the potential for an extension.
    Position Overview:
    As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects by providing administrative and clerical assistance to site management team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the successful execution of our projects.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized project documents, including drawings, specifications, permits, and reports.
    • Data Entry: Enter project-related data into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Communication: Facilitate communication between the site team, subcontractors, and the head office.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, materials inventory, and other key metrics.
    • Office Support: Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies.
    • Safety Compliance: Assist in maintaining safety records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
