Description

Global Highland is recruiting for a Housekeeper Supervisor to come join our client on a Permament basis.

• As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be tasked with ensuring the quality and standards of your allocated shift – usually either the hotels bedrooms, the estate lodges or the evening turndown service.
• Whilst assisting with daily work assignments, you'll help to manage the work of your team members, providing clear guidance and training where necessary.
• You'll pro-actively respond to requests from our members and guests, going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met.
• You'll communicate maintenance requests to the Facilities department, and follow up to ensure they are actioned.
• You'll take part in the daily operational team meetings, working with your colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth running of club.
• You'll have responsibility for ensuring the security of the department at the end of your shift.

Who we are looking for

• First and foremost, you're a friendly and outgoing team player who enjoys seeing a job well done.
• You can be trusted to work unsupervised, and you've good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You've basic computer skills, ideally in Office programmes such as Word and Excel.
• You're enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate about providing the very best service for our members and guests.
• Additionally, you're flexible and willing to adapt to varying shifts, and have a full, clean driving license.
• Ideally you'll have worked in a housekeeping role before, and have supervisory experience.
