We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cook to work within a prestigious private family castle residence in the Ross-shire area.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional cook with high-end private household or castle experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service in a discreet, family-focused environment.

The Role:

Preparing and cooking daily meals for the family

Catering for guests and small events as required

Menu planning and preparation

Grocery shopping and stock management

Working independently and managing your own workload

Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation

Communicating confidently with the family and children

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential: Previous experience working in a private household or castle environment

Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with family members and children

Professional, presentable, and highly discreet

Strong eye for detail and passion for quality food

Able to work independently and handle situations on their own

Flexible with days and hours

Holds a valid UK driving licence

High-end or luxury hospitality experience preferred
