The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Joiner to join their Property Services team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across our housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for their tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a wide range of joinery repairs and maintenance work in occupied and void properties
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Undertake installations including doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring
Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and company procedures
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication with tenants
Work collaboratively with other trades and departments to deliver an efficient service
What We’re Looking For
Completed apprenticeship or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
Proven experience in maintenance joinery, ideally within social housing or property services
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence
A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
