Global Highland are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join the Front of House team full time within a luxury hotel outside Dingwall. Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to the highest standards.

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Anticipate guests' needs and resolve any queries promptly and courteously.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.

Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Candidate must have own transport due to location of this role

What's on Offer

£14.50 per hour with tips

Full time 40 hours per week

Opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
