We are pleased to welcome Lauren Dixon as Senior Recruitment Specialist, leading our commercial desk.
With more than 15 years of recruitment experience, supported by six years in the RAF, Lauren brings a disciplined, quality focused approach to her role. She will oversee our commercial division, ensuring candidates benefit from a dedicated and personal point of contact throughout their placement journey, while clients are kept fully informed during every stage of the selection and onboarding process.
Lauren’s experience, professionalism and attention to detail will play a key role in continuing to strengthen our commercial offering across the region.
We are also delighted to welcome Sophie Ross, who joins the business as a Trainee Recruitment Specialist.
Sophie brings more than 12 years of B2C experience within the retail sector. Her strong customer service background, high standards and genuine enthusiasm for working with people make her a fantastic addition to the team as she begins her recruitment career.
Working closely with our experienced consultants, Sophie will support our industrial and hospitality sectors, helping to maintain the high levels of service our clients and candidates expect.
