Scott works in Fort William, which means he is away from home Monday to Friday, maintaining a 100% attendance record since he began working for us. Although this is a December award, it's meant to recognise his commitment since the beginning of his assignment in October. Initially hired as a Labourer, the client saw him as a key employee and created a new role for him, reassigning him as a Telehandler."
