Position: Production Operative
Location: Forres
Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production machinery
Assemble products according to specifications
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Assist with packaging and labelling of finished goods
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality
✅ Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
✅ Good communication and organizational skills
✅ Physical ability to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
