We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and growing large manufacturing company based in the Inverness area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term, stable work.
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
Loading and unloading materials
Operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
Stock control and general warehouse housekeeping
Working safely and efficiently to meet production targets
Rotational shift pattern covering both day and night shifts
7:30am – 7:30pm and 7:30pm – 7:30am
Rota provided in advance
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to work both day and night shifts
Good attention to detail and timekeeping
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A strong focus on health & safety
Competitive rate of pay (with potential shift allowances)
