Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a background in a production or manufacturing environment and be comfortable working continental shifts, including 12-hour rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain press machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor the production process and carry out regular quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Record and report production data accurately.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a press operator or in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
