We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and managing top talent across a range of industries, ensuring our clients receive the very best service while maintaining our reputation for quality, care, and compliance.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for resourcing permanent, temporary, and contract personnel to meet our customers’ requirements. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring smooth processes from initial enquiry to successful placement.
You’ll work closely with the Business Director, Senior Recruitment Specialist and Business Support Administrator, contributing to company goals and supporting Global Highland’s growth.
