Key Responsibilities
• Filing and maintaining accurate records
• Processing invoices and supporting purchasing activities
• Handling general administrative duties
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
• Processing card payments
Requirements
Essential
• Previous administrative experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage workload independently and use initiative
• Full UK driving licence (due to location)
Desirable
• Experience using SAP
• Previous experience with invoicing and purchasing systems
